I wrote this story between Season One and Two of the Will Forte FOX series and hoped that this is how the story could continue. As we know now, they took the show in a somewhat different direction. Note: I did not know what Phil(Tandy)'s brother's name was going to be at the time I wrote this. In this story, Phil discovers that his brother on the International Space Station is still alive and the crew from the cul de sac (in Tucson) devise a plan to return him to Earth. I also offer an origin story for The Virus. I hope you enjoy it. Please comment.

Violent, not only violent human but a brainless one who will just chase another to eat their flesh. Eating a human flesh is their needs to satisfy their hunger. Back by popular request! The 2017 rough draft of The Virus Within! (Caution: Contains massive plotholes that were fixed in the polished The Virus Within Series. Grammar issues are present, particularly missing commas.) What do you do when you are one of the infected? The virus in my blood is trying to steal my humanity. It alters my very thoughts and reactions. It taunts me by tempting me with desires that it planted in my brain. These bloodthirsty desires would lead to my demise if I ever gave in. I have more in common with the zombies than with humans at this point. Even the fallen zombies accept me as one of their own. Blood is required to retain my grip on sanity, but the sweet-smelling blood from humans is a short path to madness. Human blood is to be avoided at all costs. Humankind around the world was driven close to extinction by the sudden appearance of the zombies, yet small groups of survivors constantly manage to appear and put my control to the test. -------------------------- This is a standalone zombie book.
