Winter Cry is the story of Matthew, a lonely teenager who discovers he's got cryokinetic powers (AKA ice manipulation). In a world where being a superhero is considered a crime (unless you'd been hired by the government), Matt decides to become the hero his city needs, even if he has to break the law to do it.
Matthew will make allies, enemies and friends along his path to become a hero, while struggling to keep his identity a secret from criminals, the government and even his friends and family.
