3 years ago a criminal gang known as 'The Deadly Sins' appeared from the ashes of the city of San Francisco. As crime spiked and a law enforcing population dwindling some people took it upon themselves to uphold the rights and safety of those in the city.
A vigilante known as 'Nightstalker' started to combat these injustices towards the citizens of San Francisco in order to restore peace in the city and take revenge on the ones in the past who have done him wrong. The only thing standing in his way are the crooks in the shadow of the city and a plot that may display the definition of anarchy itself.
