  That is a motto I, myself, have lived by. Personally I've never been one to voice her thoughts, or to fight back. I've always been on the more docile side, always going with the flow and never going my own way.   
  That is until one day I left the hell I lived in a experienced every day.

Jade Montery was a quite young lady who never really voiced what she thought. From an early age her father would hit her and punish her for the most ridiculous things. As she grew older her father's punishments grew worse. Fearing the worst she fled from her home at the age of 24 and moved to New York City to peruse a career in psychology.

Xavier Conti, an extremely successful business man who happens to be the CEO of a multibillion company. He can be rather aggressive and say things in the heat of the moment without even realizing it. He, unlike Jade, who runs when in fear, he faces it head on.
