I write down my dreams which are mostly nightmares, sleep paralysis and occasionally sleep talking/ walking. I need this diary to keep track on how many hours of sleep I get and what I dream. (Won't write every day) If this ever is published, it means that I need help. And that I don't know who to turn to or what to do.
