Drew has always been in love with Jake, but Drew was oblivious to his own feelings. He couldnt Express happiness or sadness very well. But as time goes on he starts wondering who he is. The thought of being gay frightened him. Especially, because of his father. Since the day his younger sister and mother died in a car crash Drew had to live with his father. This lead to Drew's father drinking heavily and becoming aggressive towards Drew blaming him for everything. The only happiness that was left for Drew was Jake. And the only happiness left for Jake was Drew. But that came crashing down leaving Jake completely devastated and lost. Anyway Drake. is all I'm going to say. Hailey can go away. Can't she? After living a tedious and monotonous life growing up all she wanted was fun. Fun like getting drunk several nights a week and coming home so hung over she couldn't see her own feet. With no one to turn to, she keeps everything to herself. Afraid that if someone finds out about it, her father might kill her. Nearly 8 years of phycial abuse, she learned to isolate herself amongst her peers from school. She distanced herself from friends that she used to have. Only spoke when necessary. Everytime someone would try to befriend with her, she would push them away. Caught up with her own messed up life, she met Brandon the new guy from her class. He's not your typical cliche jock guy. Brandon seems to have some interest on Angela. But with her pushing him away everytime he tries to get to know her, it made it extra harder for him to talk to her. But what happens when he finds out what kind of life she has? Will he easily give up? Or will he actually try to earn her trust and help her?Complete
Mutilate My Heart
Punk rock band Mutilated Arteries has been seventeen-year-old Becca's world (aka obsession) for the last year. When the band schedules a concert in her hometown, she and her best friend Carli are the first ones in line to buy tickets. The night is everything she expects it to be and more, especially after making friends with the new super-cute bassist, Sketch. Becca's mom warns her not to fall for a rock star because rock stars are always on the road - or they die in a plane crash, like her mom's favorite band did twenty-something years ago. But after the band's tour bus breaks down and they're stuck hanging out in Roizen Hills for a week, it's hard for Becca not to fall for Sketch and his caricature drawings and toxic green eyes. Becca knows Sketch is leaving as soon as the bus is fixed, and she can't be his fan-turned-girlfriend anyway because of the lead singer's "No Girlfriends" rule. Plus, there's something strange about the guys that Becca can't quite decipher... like how they won't reveal their real names, their always-changing odd appearances, and the guitarist's obsession with blood and zombies. Highest Rankings: 115 in first person I was just a simple sophomore. I hung out with my friends, played sports, got straight A's, my life seemed to have everything that I wanted, until I saw her. She was super quiet, she probably went unnoticed a lot, but she's so super pretty, super smart, she had a lot of classes with me, and she even did some of the same after school activities as me, she's so perfect. I realized that she is super social around her friends and she doesn't care what people think of her. She always wears big, black glasses and, most of the time, oversized t-shirts with the front tucked in. --Re-written-- When I was 8 we were playing hide and seek in the little park surrounded by bush down the street from my house. It was a large group of us. It was always fun down at the park, since our parents never really came and checked on us. Being twins, Taylor and myself had a bigger amount of freedom then the other kids in our grade, so all the parents trusted at if the Norm Twins were going to be somewhere, their kids would be safe, even though we were young. And that was always true. This particular time at the park we were playing hide and seek. It was one of our favorite games to play. Taylor, Rachel and Connor always had the best hiding spots. I loved counting. The suspense. So I was counting. We counted to 90 so everyone could get the optimal spots in the park. The deal was that we never went too far into the bush. The boulder was our guide. I counted to 90, like normal, and then started looking. There were always specific spots that people hid in, so they were my first points to check. Oddly, no one was in any of them. But to my 8 year old self that made the whole thing better. I started looking hard. But didn't find anyone. I started to call out, starting to get worried.
