Despite of the Vacation in Los Angeles, the kids were in the Thompsons Household using their hands as a fan because they told him that it was way too hot. The kids were planning to go to some places in Los Angeles but Mychal Thompson tells them that they had to wait until it gets cold at 6pm in the evening. The next day, the temperature in Los Angeles reaches 100*F as the kids were still sweating, so Mychal Thompson takes the kids to the swimming pool near the Thompsons Household.
