Sometimes, people don't understand. Yet they don't need to understand. Being mad, is being mad, it's not complicated. But when the world is mad and your normal it's very complicated. Sometimes in a mad world, only the mad are normal.

I was normal. I had to fix the world one person at a time. I'm not mad. I was sorting the world of mad out. Therefore I'm the hero.

Reborn in a World of Magic, but I'd Rather Be Alone

18 parts Ongoing Mature

In his past life, Kurozaki Ryouma knew only suffering. Betrayed, abandoned, and forced to survive in a world that showed him no mercy, he lost all sense of empathy and emotion. When death finally claimed him, he expected nothing but oblivion. Instead, he awakens in a vast world of magic, monsters, and legendary heroes-a world where the strong reign and the weak perish. Blessed with an absurdly powerful magical affinity and combat abilities that surpass human limits, he should be the perfect candidate for a hero. But Ryouma has no interest in saving anyone. To him, people are nothing but burdens, liars, and nuisances. He has no desire for fame, fortune, or companionship. All he wants is to live a quiet, undisturbed life. Yet fate refuses to leave him alone. From bloodthirsty nobles and scheming royals to ancient evils and forgotten gods, the world constantly pulls him into chaos. Even when he tries to walk away, conflict finds him. And when it does... he doesn't hesitate to erase the problem at its root. Some call him a monster. Others whisper his name in fear. The people who cross him either break, run, or disappear. But in the end, Ryouma doesn't care. Because at the end of the day, he just wants to be left alone.
