Alexandria Riverra is the daughter of two drug addict, alcoholic, abusive horrid people, Maria Riverra, and Andrew Riverra. She wants to leave, but doesn't have enough money to. She struggles to earn money and finally does. The day before she plans to leave though, her father finds herself stash and makes her pay off his debts with it, when a girl, Lilliana Damons, decides to pop in and saves Alexandria. She helps Alexandria with her parents, and surprises and bumpy roads with betrayal and hurt, but love and kindness, and a friendship that can't be broken, no matter who or what tries to destroy it.
