A war between two nations.
A regular group of high school students, who are living their lives as mortal children, discover that a close friend of theirs is hiding a secret that can destroy the lives of not only them, but also their families.  These average kids discover that they posess abilities beyond anything they can imagine, not only battling the enemy sent to exterminate their "kind" but also an internal conflict against one another; as they fight to master their abilites, and confront the evils that live beyond them, and within themselves.

And then their love is put to the test when the council finds out Rose's identity. The girl with the secret halo and secret wing's life is soon thrown into turmoil. Can their love triumph over a world devoid of love?
