The Black Book

The black book is a well a black book. The inside is black and the outside is layered in black leather. The pages inside the black book have writings inside of it but can not be seen with out a black light. When you turn age 21 the rumor that is said is that it will magically flip to a page and on that page is your "soulmates" name. At this time there is a convention held at the governments office. When you show up you will write your name on of the pages and take a number. When you hear your number you place your hand on top of the book and it will flip to a page. When that happens a supervisor will come over take the black light to it and call up your soulmate. In 6 months ou are expected to atleast be a week pregnant if not you and your soulmate get executed.
