But soon realizing that her time in Florida is almost up, Eden has to find the courage in her to ask the question that scares every young heart, "Will you be mine?" The future would be rough and twisted for these two, distance and many other obstacles to overcome. But will they be able to stand their ground; together?

Celeste "Essie" Winscott never expected to land in New York City with an apartment too good to be true and a godmother she barely knew. But when Eden "Denny" Ravelle, her mother's enigmatic best friend, offers her a place to stay while she pursues her postgraduate research at NYU, Essie accepts-grateful, but curious. Eden is poised, successful, and effortlessly cool, but something about her remains just out of reach. When Essie stumbles upon an old DVD in the apartment, she realises why. Eden isn't just a wealthy businesswoman-she was once one of the most infamous adult film stars in New York. Shocked but intrigued, Essie dives into research, determined to understand the woman behind the legend. As she unravels Eden's past, she's forced to confront her own biases, desires, and the thin line between scandal and empowerment. Because some stories aren't just about the past-they change everything about the present.
