But divisions in beliefs on how to deal with the Sirens, threaten to obscure the original threat they came together to fight and turn humanity and its protectors against each other, either caused by Siren influence or the actions and beliefs of major nations leaders, or a little bit of both, one thing is for certain. No matter when or where it happens.... War, War never changes. However sometimes all it takes is a small change somewhere, a Flap of the wings of a butterfly, an Action taken, or an Action not taken. The Smallest changes can Alter how history will play out. The Bigger question I would like to Ask... What will be the catalyst that starts the winds of Change THIS time? Remains of Humanity
After a nuclear war nearly in 2150 the whole Earth has become uninhabitable for humans. There are some major cities which are still running but have very scarce resources such as food, water and oil. There are tall, thick walls protecting people from the outside world, surrounding the whole city and there is a ceiling, blocking the radiation from seeping in as air is filtered through the roof. The year is now 2205 which is the beginning for Earth to become how it was before. There are a group of people called The Warriors who go out and try to look for resources, facing death daily. A seventeen year old boy tries to steal food for his friend, he gets caught and is sentenced to death. The only way he could get out is if he joined The Warriors to search for a mythical jungle which is rumored to be flourishing in food and water. The journey is going to be very dangerous and death can come at any corner. There are bandit clans, somehow surviving outside of the walls and new types of animals unseen from humans that they didn't know existed. He will meet new friends, make some enemies and will be manipulated to do some really idiotic things, will he survive the journey and become a hero? Or will he die anyway?Complete

However, one day, the people on the land of Japan woke up to a foreign sight. No known constellation, familiar stars, the moon, and neighboring landmass could be detected. Facing them is a planet of unknown, magic, and of possibility. Facing the crisis of transference, the people united once more, and again, the name Japan is re-recognized as a country. Her diplomatic corps is sent out on the rebuilt Japan Cosmo Navy ships, heading toward unknown lands, and contacting the nations of the new world. The politic of the new world however is a quagmire full of arrogance, hostility, and imperialism. "If diplomacy fails, then defend ourselves, we must" - proclaimed the newly appointed provisional PM of Japan, Heikuro Todo. The story of Nihonkoku Shoukan Beyond will follow Japan in the world of Space Battleship Yamato (2199/2202/2205) after their transference to the new world. This story is inspired by the original NHS and fanfics like Summoning America by DrDoritosMD. It will feature similar plots to the OG NHS by Minorou and the fanfics by other creators I have the pleasure to read. With this as my first English fanfic novel, please don't be too harsh.
