Shigio is a wolf whose reigon was burned down by the order of Jagura. Shigio vowed to one day kill Jagura along with his other remaining pack member, Kiba. While killing Jagura along the way, both Shigio and Kiba wish to go to Paradise. To them, if you don't go to Paradise, you won't have a future.

Leaving Freeze City with 3 others, Hige, Tsume, and Toboe, they all search for Paradise. Shigio is very weary of Hige for the fact that he has the collar like the other wolves. Doing nothing at the time, Shigio only keeps his distance from Hige.
