Jessamyn Kinley is not your ordinary girl, though she may seem like one on the outside. Jess possesses the ability to imitate anyone, even if she only meets them for a minute. When Jess is kidnapped from a classmate's party, her world is turned upside down. Taken away to Paris, she learns that she has been chosen as the possible bride of the eccentric, wealthy Adrien Molyneux. Keyword: possible. There are two other girls who have been chosen as well, but only one can marry Adrien. Jess's old life of blending into the background is over and now she must claim the limelight if she wants to keep her life.
But the limelight brings repercussions that take the forms of three men. The first is her possible husband Adrien, who lacks true compassion and understanding. The second is Nathan, the haunting figure of her past that prowls around the corners of her life, waiting for his revenge. And the third? Her kidnapper.
If Jess wants to escape, she has to put her trust in the very man who put her in this prison. And if she wants to come out of this ordeal with her heart and life intact, she will have to do the hardest imitation of her life: the temptress.
