A Not So Fairytale Story

Sixteen-year-old Tamara Stanton, abused and neglected by her family, finds herself once again in the counselor's office. Only this time this is an unexpected guest; a mysterious woman. Tamara knows the drill and is prepared to lie and deny any and all accusations about her parents and older brother. Her family's issues and faults were no one's concerns, but hers. Will this mysterious woman be able to convince Tamara that she does not need to protect her family in order to hid her true fears? And more importantly will Tamara be able to move on with her new home, new family, and new life or will ghosts from her past cause her to self destruct?
