A five year old mistake is about to be corrected, or at least tried to be. 16 year old Rylan found herself in a strange and unbelievable position. She was a witch. While trying to catch up on the things she's missed she get surprisingly close to her professor. 

The misunderstood Professor soon found himself growing attached to the strange girl, who seemed to rather spend time with her face in a book than making friends. But the more he got to know her the more he started to think of Lily. And how different the two girls were. 

Snape haven't let himself love anyone since Lily. But when Rylan appears he starts to questioning whether or not he deserved to be happy. To feel love.
