Once, when the world of Arluk was made, there were only a few classes of humanoids. The first were the simple humans, who lived cheerily in their many villages and cities. They were the weakest of the classes. The next class were the elves, who made their living much like the humans, only with the addition of magic. Then, there were the Shades. The most powerful of the classes, they were a mix of human, elf, and beast. They tended to live in unison with the animals of the wild, in the jungles and caves where no human or elf dared to step, for fear of them.
	In Arluk, there was always a fight. A few rather benevolent Shades saw this and changed things quite a bit. They made three skills, simply called gunners, swordsmen, and mages. When a person was born, they were given a set skill. This ensured that the person could only fight in one way, but they could still learn to use the other two skills, though this would take many years to simply gain the ability to channel energy through the new source, and was therefore impractical. The Shades also made a new class of humanoid, called the Overseers. Much like their names, these were few but kept an eye on their subordinates, giving skills and taking them if called for.

	After a while, the Shades plan backfired. Now they and the Overseers were being killed or trapped. Eventually, there only remained ten Shades and ten Overseers. Combining their skills, these twenty were made immortal, though after that they could no longer age or grow stronger or weaker. Each Shade was given each of the skill classes and the Overseers given two.
	The ten Shades left each had an element that they were represented by. There was light, darkness, fire, water, earth, air, life, death, blood, and wild.
	The Overseers followed along the same lines, though they were obviously not as powerful. Finding this, their greed took over and they trapped away each of the Shades as a mere dungeon mob.

	And now, thousands of years later, the Shades wake.

The spawn of the Black Dread have come. They wish to plunder this land of its resources. They lust for wealth, yet nothing will satisfy them. They greedily consume more and more to fill their bottomless gullets, yet it will never be enough. I swore, by the glory of the Sapphire Star, that I would protect this planet at all costs. I destroyed the greatest cities the world has and will ever see to protect this world. Seconds? Unnoticeable. Hours? Pft. Weeks? Mere heartbeats. Years? Meaningless. Decades? Trifles. Centuries? A speck of dust in the wind. Millenia? Ripples in the shallowest of puddles. Eons. That is the unit by which I measure time. When the world was just able to support life, I was there. When the first man opened his eyes, brought to life by the breath of the Sapphire Star, I was already old. When brick was laid on brick, I was ancient. I have leveled mountains with a flick of my tail. I have brought the most powerful civilization to ever exist to its knees. I have flown to edge of the sky and looked straight into the fiery golden eye of the blazing sun. Even the sun and moon bow to me. And now you six petty little businessmen think you can strike me down? Can a speck of dust hope to defeat a great inferno? Does a twig boast of being able to put out a firestorm? Would a mouse challenge a lion? You are but dust in the wind to me. You are less than the faintest shadow. Yet you force yourselves on my notice. Very well then. Let's see how much you swagger when I give you but the slightest taste of my power. (Disclaimer: I do not own any characters in this book, only the story itself.)

"Let me prove to you I am unlike them." Thousands of years ago, there was a faraway land called Oceanum Collis. Many different people lived among each other in peace. Elves, mermaids, werewolves, and humans. After fighting hundreds of wars, the people came to a compromise and started to work together. Realms were united and civilization was born. Oceanum Collis was beautiful and peaceful, but with light comes darkness. The humans felt left out. While the others had magic and great strengths, they were nothing special. A young man, Basil Adelio, found that humans deserved more than to be farmers. But there was more to his plan. He was after the throne, so he could rule all over Oceanum Collis. Together, the magical creatures were able to stop him. The humans left the lands, leaving behind everything they had built. The alliance between the four people was broken. The elves and mermaids tried to rebuild their alliance, but without the werewolves it was impossible. And so the three different people parted, hardly talking to one another ever again. Now, one hundred years later, a new realm has been created. It was separated from the other realms by a large wall. A new leader has risen from the shadows. He believed that the outside world was filled with dangerous things. So, he made sure everyone stayed within the walls of the empire. And those who didn't were never heard of again. As others always looked away, a young man called Orlando, always glanced beyond the wall. One day, he's able to see what's behind the wall for himself instead of hearing stories. A new world lies ahead of him, but it might not be as beautiful as he had hoped. A/n: Hey guys! So this is an original story. Please, do not copy the story or use my characters without my permission. I've taken a long time to set this all up. Thank you! And love you all! -Jay25211💜💜
"Elves of the Northern Vale" A Tundrawolf Story by TRWright1
19 parts Complete
As happened many times in the past the Fell Ice once again charged down from the north and attacked the world in its effort to turn it into a frozen ball of ice. Only the White Magic and it's ally the Sun could stand against such a vast enemy. From their home in the Valley of the Sun the great tribe of Elves could only watch as the monumental fight unfolded. As the battle intensified and the valley became threatened the tribe separated back into their four original tribes and each made their way back to their ancestral homes. Within their Vales, behind thick stone walls and under powerful domes of magic, they were protected from the onslaught upon the earth. The Elves watched for thousands upon thousands of turns as the war raged overhead. The Fell Ice against the Sun and the White Magic were locked in a struggle lasting for an age, with neither side claiming victory as the earth was ravaged. In time the Fell Ice retreated, as it had so many times in the past. Beaten, yet not defeated, only biding it's time for the next attack. It returned to its frozen Kingdom at the Top of the World, thus ending this last Age of Ice. This time, as the earth warmed around them, the Elves remained secluded from the world in their hidden Vales. They observed from afar life returning to the lands and took stock of man becoming the dominant ones as their numbers grew and spread. As the Elves watched they felt safe and secure in their Vale strongholds. They had no idea of the danger that was about to befall them. This is a stand-alone sequel to my story "Druids Bane".

Moloch, at the end of the war, took the title of king. This lead to elves taking over most of the world, sending dragons back to where they came from. In a world where magical creatures and humans intermix, there are two types of magic and two types of people. Dark magic and light magic. Good people and evil people. Our main character is going to learn that your powers do not define who you are as a person. Arion Griffin lives in a society where people with light magic are 'good' and people with dark magic are 'bad'. He comes from a long line of dark magic. Unfortunately, this causes many problems for his social life since his family's reputation precedes him and makes it so no one will talk with him. He is worried it will make his greatest fear come true. He is terrified he is on the path to becoming evil like his parents. Then, one day at school he gets an invitation from Cassiopeia's School for the Gifted. Sure he's heard of it, but only in rumors. The school is just for magical creatures to learn more about themselves and their history. It was made over three hundred years ago and still run by a fairy named Cassiopea and her daughter Cassia. Arion is excited to go because his parents refuse to teach him anything about other magical creatures other than dark magic. They believe it is irrelevant for him to know because they think he will take over the world one day. And why should a leader know anything about his subjects? Arion convinces his parents that if he goes to the school he can do recon on the other magical people so he can learn about them and make it easier for him to take over. With no friends, no siblings, and a very negative outlook on life, he heads to Cassiopeia's School for the Gifted. He makes friends and learns that just because he has dark magic, doesn't mean he is evil. *Idk if this is actually a good story but I had a lot of fun writing it! :) *This story has been edited

With the impossible size of the universe, it shouldn't come as much of a surprise that there is life beyond just humans out there. Countless things have lived and died yet one stands above the rest due to the sheer amount of time it has lived. Almost since the beginning of the universe itself has it existed; a biological monster that would destroy and consume anything in its path. Planets, asteroids, entire stars even; whatever got in this things way wouldn't stay in the way for very long. It was a repetitive existence until one day the abomination met its match in the form of an absolutely enormous star. It ended with a draw that sent the abomination rocketing off in a random direction away from the place it had been consuming for so long. It traveled for millions upon millions of years before finally coming to a stop just outside of some odd new planet brimming with life. Along the way through space, it gained awareness of its surroundings so it was now able to choose what to do with this odd planet. Consume or Explore . . . What a future this will be -------------- (Don't expect realism lol, this is an anime fanfic) {Chapters lengths are gonna be all over the place so Idk lets say at least 2k words min} {Lemons, Descriptive Gore}- {Watch out for warnings if you don't want to see that kinda stuff}
