Elric, a nomad with a past that has him nearly at his limit, discovers a way to reach somewhere he's never been.  With nothing left to lose, he decided to take the path. How much worse could things get?

A lot, apparently.

Upon reaching the other end of the path, he meets a woman in strange garments, calling herself Despite his best efforts, the woman convinces him to save her ailing Kindgom of Banduvia from the Nagul, a race of underground creatures.

Perhaps now, Elric has an opportunity of a life time.  A chance to right his biggest wrong.
