When Liam, a curious teenager, ventures through the forest, he stumbles upon an old barn. Inside this barn is, what looks like, heaps and piles of junk, but once Liam picks up an old pocket watch, he realizes they are more than trash. Each one of the 'things' inside the barn have a supernatural power. Either creating whatever it is real, or harnessing it's normal function to the beyond realistic point. when he comes across a stone with many chips, he realizes the small thing has an ability like no other object in the obscure barn, and can lead to potential danger if in the wrong hands.

The thirteen year old uses the device on many adventurous trips to future and past. Among his finds are a buffalo hunter, a young Billie the Kid, and an intelligent rat from the future.
