Shawn stood at his window again looking over to the other house. His rich boss and the boss's girlfriend. He abused her. He remembered when he barely started working with his boss 2 years ago. His boss and the Boss' girlfriend were the cutest. Shawn has had a crush on her forever. He never why the abusing started. But he knew he could treat her better.

I saw Shawn cleaning the last table.

"Hey you can go now, I'll tell my boyfriend that I let you go home," I said to Shawn. Honestly I didn't want to go home. Ive been running the job ever Jake stopped since his been going to the bar and beating me.

"Why should I go home?," he said loudly.

"Just to watch you get beaten over and over," he shouted. How does he know?!

"You know about that?," I said quietly.

"I'll see you two fighting through my window. What he does is wrong. Please be mine. I know I can treat you better than he can. Any girl like you deserves a gentleman. So please take my hand will be fine. I promise I'll never let you down," he said.

"No Shawn. He's the one I want. Your way off," I said walking away.
