It really is surprising that in a fantastic world inhabited by a variety of winged creatures, darkness still lurks in the shadows. Young Silverberry, considered a runt and weakling by her fairy clan elders, belittled for her fragile wings by her classmates and overly protected and sheltered by her family, decides to seek unusual help.
