Selena didn't know love, she knew nothing of it. She was almost like a balloon being held against a very sharp, dangerous object. You can see where she's caving in, yet she doesn't explode until you've driven it straight through. She relates completely, because of the pressure, the relationship.. because of everything. Unfortunately, she couldn't do anything about it, or he would've done something to her. Now, Selena knows love. But, from someone she never expected. Zero Cooper. He hated the attention that you couldn't help paying him. He looked like your typical bad boy. Lethal. Misunderstood. Sinfully good looking. But, he was unlike anyone you've ever encountered. Our Selena was absolutely terrified of him, just as anyone with good sense was. So, imagine her surprise when no matter what they do to avoid it, their paths keep crossing, their opposites kept attracting. There was only one explanation for it, really.
