Mallory Abbott lives in Sycamore, Georgia, a small town known for its homegrown peaches and beautiful lakes. During the last week of April, her pastor father passes away, and leaves Mallory with a hole in her heart. She is devastated, and no one seems to be able to help her. Once Johnny boy comes along, however, Mallory has a change of heart. John becomes her life, her sunshine. But, like everything you love, you must let it go. And you must also keep a pocketful of sunshine through the darkness.
