I like you - Valentines Special

I, Madison Ann-Grace Lee, like any normal human being, have fears. I have a bunch of fears. I am what you call a 'scardy cat'.
There is one thing that fear the most as of right now - telling a certain someone three simple words, 'I like you'.
Who is this guy? He is none other than the most wanted guy in school. He also have been my friends since we were kids.
How am I supposed to say 'I like you' to him before moving to the other side of the world?
