Lyla Marie Ashmore is anything but normal. As the daughter of the Queen of the sirens and a wayward pirate Captain who abused Lyla on a nearly daily basis, Lyla's childhood was somewhat rocky. However, her life gets even more topsy-turvy when the kidnapping of one of her best friends forces her to adventure with her old flame, her first mate, and a man who has it in for pirates, and has held a grudge against them for most of his life. Will Lyla survive this journey? Or will these stormy seas swallow her whole?
**Rating is mainly for chapters later on, most likely in or after the second movie in terms of the plot line (somewhere between chapters 15 and 30ish, or maybe after that?)**

Jack being the new Captain is very proud of himself and feels powerful, up until their prisoner begins to shout and hit the boards under their feet. Jack had Kidnapped Captain Salazar's daughter in order for them to try to reason with the crew aboard The Silent Mary. But Captain Salazar was too focused on trying to kill the pirates that he did not see the act of Jack Sparrow aboarding his ship, unnoticed and taking his sleeping daughter out of his quarters in nothing but her sleeping attire. She mourns the death of her father and develops a strong hate for Jack. Even though back in the day both her and Jack had a thing. She hated his guts for killing her abusive father. Though Jack feels like he did her a favor. Something is very wrong with Marina Salazar, The kidnapped Daughter.. She was born by the sea from what her mother had told her short before her father took full custody of her and took her away, she was given a stone with a sea orb in the middle of it, she always wore it around her neck. One day a witch tells Marina that she is the Sea Mistress, She is able to control the sea, locate any treasure at sea, and even control over the marine animals. That is when trouble starts. Several Pirates begin to look for her and hunt her down hearing she is the sea mistress and jack even went to toying with her feelings to only use her for his greed.
