What if Denny never died? What if George didn't die? What if he never married Callie? What if Arizona never came in to the picture? What if Mark and Lexie never died? And finally, what if Derek did not die? Sure, we all love this amazing TV show, but if our favorite characters did not die, the show would be a whole better. There is one thing will remain the same, Burke leaving. I'm sorry but Preston being cut out of the show was for the better.
