Still in middle school at the time Shinoa and Yuu run away from their neglectful and abusive parents. While running away, they come across each other on the street. In their few months staying together at an orphanage they become good friends and develop feelings for each other as more than just friends. Their friendship is torn when Shinoa is adopted by the Sanguu family.
Four years later, they are reunited in high school. However, both Shinoa and Yuu admit that the feelings that they felt towards each other are gone. But is this really true? Or are they just hiding their true feelings to keep themselves from getting hurt again?
