Allison Barnes is the daughter of Leo Barnes a police sergeant. It has been 12 months since Leo's son, Allison's brother, Nicholas was killed by a drunk driver. Allison was also hit by the drunk driver when she picked up her brother from school, however she survived and she was in a coma for 6 months. Leo is purging in this year's annual Purge to avenge the death of his son and to get revenge on the man who put his daughter in that once, deadly coma.
