15 year old Noah of Lynchburg, Virginia has an immaculate mind. He's not stupid and he's not a genius. He is idiosyncratic.(Look it up) His point is, he was probably a mistake. He has no friends, his parents don't know who he is let alone where he is all the time, and people at school look through him like he's a ghost. Stereotypical right? Not really. Noah's mind is a city; a world of its own it controls his thoughts and actions and what get written on paper as he wrights. Too bad no ones going to see any of it. Well maybe Arethusa, the girl Noah met on a massive hill on the side of a highway. But probably not. Not Arethusa. She's too normal. She wouldn't understand. Noah's writing is just like him and his immaculate mind; Too much for normal people to understand.

From their father's home country, and their birth place, of Cabo Verde to their mother's country of birth, Ireland. From Ireland to Massachusetts. From Massachusetts to Arizona. After spending several years in a stable environment they're moving again, this time not only are they leaving behind friends but also their mother's grave. Virgil has to convince his twin brother and their dad that, despite his terrible migraines and sometimes crippling anxiety, he won't go down the same road as his mother. On top of having an overprotective family he has to navigate being the new kid in his senior year of high school, making friends, falling in love, and learning how to save a life. How hard can the next nine months be? All he has to do is hold on and convince his new best friend to do the same. I do not own the characters Virgil, Patton, Roman, Remus, Deceit, Remy, or Emile Picani. They belong to the awesome, amazingly talented cinnamon roll that is Thomas Sanders. I also don't like 99% of the music and song lyrics that will make an appearance in this book. I am, however, the proud owner of the hyperactive muse (by the name of Orion who makes an appearance in here) that spawned this story into existence when he was supposed to be helping me work on my other two fan fictions and three original works. I know I'm not the best writer but, here it goes. Dylan is a normal young man in a different world. He has his family, friends, a good home, and anything he could ask for.
