Xenia Rhodes lives her life on the outskirts of Maiprinas with her sister, Brielle, and other teenagers who were abandoned by their families. Maiprinas is under the unfair rule of king Roan, and is currently at war with one of its neighboring empires, Izront. Xenia chooses to voice her thoughts against the king by decorating the sides of buildings under the alias Crossfire. Her actions unintentionally start a rebellion against the king and her work increasingly becomes more and more dangerous. 
Follow Xenia through her journey towards justice and her struggle in trying to protect the ones she love while bringing the city out of darkness at the same time. Now, she was a Queen, sitting on that very throne. In a world where weapons such a guns don't exsist Elizabeth has to use her mind as her main weapon rather than her sword.

She set her jaw and once again managed to look down her nose at him while staring up at him. "Well... well, I'm rather fond of you, Orion." He let out a relieved laugh and pulled her into his chest again. "What a relief. I was worried it was just me." He nuzzled her temple, inhaling deeply, his dragon fully at peace. The words "I love you" were right on the tip of his tongue, but he knew it was too soon for that. He would have to hold them in just a little while longer. "I'm fond of you, too," he whispered in her ear. <><><><><><><><> Skylar lived her life in fear. Fear of exposure, fear of herself, and fear of her future. As a princess and heir to the kingdom, her future was daunting enough. The fact that she turned into dragon and would be killed if anyone found out made it all the worse. So, Skylar lived in constant conflict with the beast within her, all while training to be queen one day. When a fellow king discovers her secret, she is forced to flee or put her entire family in danger. When she meets Orion, the Alpha of a dragon clan, he helps open up a whole new world to her. In this new world, Skylar discovers who she is supposed to be and what she's been hiding from. She finds the beauty of her beast and a love she only ever dreamed of. Since the human kingdom laid inbetween the other two, the humans invented technology to keep all the races at bay and trained the warriors of their army as skilled hunters. As time and generations went by, the kingdoms became more isolated and the common humans forgot that supernatural beings even existed. However, the war had never truly been resolved so the hatred that the vampires and werewolves had for each other endured. When a mysterious murder occurs, chaos breaks out within the kingdoms. A throne must be taken, blood must be shed, a choice must be made and all must be answered by a girl with purple eyes.
