Michael Summers, her next door neighbor, leaves her in a constant state of anger due to his constant partying and inconsiderate nature. When Michael realizes his selfish ways and tries to help Cassandra through her depression and to accept her mother's death, Cassandra wants to refuse, trying to deny that she may actually be falling in love with a man, who is no longer what he seems to be. This story begins on the day Cassandra died. She was only dead for 28 seconds. But nonetheless, she was dead, dead, dead. Just like Jon Snow. Except for a few nightmares now and again, Cassandra didn't remember any of it until she finally woke up for good. This is a fun, sexy novel of friendship and love as Cassandra returns from the great beyond, goes to college and meets new friends and the love of her life. Author's Note: This is the final, full-length novel version of Cassandra's Story. The Screenplay version is quite a bit shorter to facilitate a 100-minute movie. For those who have read the other versions of this story (The Boy with Glue in his Hair [Screenplay Version] or Cassandra's Story [First Person POV] The novel version of this story includes many extra scenes and expanded characters.
