"How about we make a bet?" Riley proposed as I nodded for him to continue. "Next time I see Dana I'll ask her on a date...but you have to do the same with one of those three boys."

"What?! No way!" I huffed.

"Come on Gwen, scared that you can't do it?" Riley taunted.

"Of course I can do it, there's just no need. You know, considering I don't like any of them. They're just people from school." I lied trying to sound as blank as possible.

"Yeah yeah, whatever you say."

"Riley, I don't like any of them." I said trying to convince him whilst looking him dead in the eye.

"Then it should be easy shouldn't it? Less pressure, you're just asking someone on a date when you don't even like them. Easy Peasy aye." Riley smirked.

I then realised that he had his own end on this bet, asking out Dana on a date. I then thought about it.

"Sure, let's do it." I smirked.

Who knew what all this would soon lead to.
