Carley and Maddie live in a world where everyone is born with a special power. There is only 19 powers you can possibly get and you only get one. Powers range from common to rare. Carley is special because she has two powers, and Maddie is also very special because she has the rarest power of all. In this world everyone has a soul mate. Your soul mate has to have the same powers as you do. But since Carley has two, she had to pick one, and since Maddie has the rarest one she will have search to the ends of the earth to find hers. But when a group of boys move from London and no one will talk to them they decide to take the risk and become friends with them.
