Mary Gardener has been attending Clarion Ladies' Academy for at least a year now. Of course, wanting to grow up and work in the field of cellular biology has its disadvantages -- such as, not really fitting in at a 'ladies' academy.' Though, she's had roommate, Rachel Elizabeth Dare to keep her company. Everything was going just as wonderfully, until, of course, Rachel disappeared.
Now, with Rachel's father starting a police investigation and a bunch of stuff which Mary finds to be like, Ancient Greek, or something, can she find where her friend has gone? Turns out, her camp friends don't know either.

Throw her Mom's new boyfriend, a lawyer-who-enjoys-golfing, and his semi-awkward son into the mix, and Callie definitely has a full plate. Despite everything, Callie loves her family, even the members she doesn't share DNA with. But with this much history, there's bound to be secrets. And Callie has a pretty sizable one of her own: she runs one of the most popular and aptly titled blogs on the Internet, Dinners with the Dog. She ends every post with "Anonymous xx," keeping her identity secret from the world. Mia Grey is their baby sister who has no real direction except marrying well and having children. Even though her mother is an example you can become something more than a trophy wife, she can't get through to her. Mias friends aspire to marry her billionaire playboy brothers.
