The soul keepers are people chosen by nature to keep the souls of certain creatures that need the help of humans. Soul keepers have the power of the elements and other powers depending on the creature that they are helping.
Emily Johnson is the soul keeper of a dragon named Jules. Jules is still an egg, though, and Emily has to save the young dragon. But when she meets the soul keeper of a hippogriff (which he has already found) whose name is Stormswift, things get harder. People chase them away from their villages, and, even though Stormswift is completely harmless, people try to kill her. The only other thing keeping them from just getting to Jules, is some people want the soul keeper's animals dead. No one really knows for sure why, but everyone has their guesses.
This is my first fantasy so it would help a lot if you told me what I'm doing right and wrong.
