It was always just the two of us, Cally and I. We had lost all trust in other people. Well, I had at least. Cally still had hope. She still believed in a better place, a sanctuary, I think she called it. I never believed in her bullshit but, I agreed anyway. I followed her because I didn't want to crush her spirit. Even though I knew that where she was leading us would put us in hell.
