Clarisse is a neglected teenager in contrary to her little brother, Scott; the little boy her parents always wanted. Don't get her wrong, she loves Scott more than anything else, but her parents are always working due to their important statuses in the government, never make time for her, always have time for Scott. Basically, they either pretend that she doesn't exist, or complain about her disobedience, grades, clothing, sexuality, and friends. During July of the year 2024, series of ill-timed events break her strong will and forces her to succumb to her depression. Clarisse attempts suicide and almost succeeds, but her parents, convinced by Scott, saved her by pulling some strings. Secret government agents barely saved her by injecting her with a serum, but it was just in its experimental stages. It boosts her healing abilities, helping her get over the combination of medicines she took, but it came with a few side effects. What happens when she discovers the effect of the serum?
