FIRST BOOK: ZOMBIES

A story about battling fear, grief, love, strength and the unexpected takes you through a zombie apocalypse break through in the states.

Macy was the adult in her small family. Taking care of her fifteen year old sister Mia, and her grandmother Rose while trying to make time for training was very difficult. With her parents in the military they couldn't really help, and unfortunately she had no other family to help her while her parents were away for war. So when the infection hit the states like wildfire her parents came back to give her important information to survive. Issues appeared and plans changed. Now it was Macy and Mia against them. The infected.

"she took a deep breath and closed her eyes, wanting to scream out so loud but with all the strength she had, she kept everything inside."

Leaving a raw humidity that was both a reprieve from the heat, but also a constant reminder of it. Some say the rain falls to keep the heat at bay. I think the rain falls today as a tribute to those affected by the virus and all the tears they cried. A small apology from Mother Nature meant to soothe those scorned by the havoc she unleashed. A comfort meant for all those unsuspecting victims of the sickness. -------------------------------------------------- The highest rankings: #19 in infection #40 in disaster #40 in infected #67 in disease #46 in zombieoutbreak
