"Mary Jane Lovebree, get your ass down here right now!"
Oh no. He figured it out. I'm screwed.
I slowly walked down the stairs to see my dad in the living room, by the entry way, facing me.
But his facial expression wasn't what caught my attention. It was James Anderson, the school's golden boy....and he was sitting in my living room. What the hell!? His back was facing me so I had the element of surprise.
"What are you doing here?" I asked him.
At the sound of my voice, James instantly turned around, his face showing a slight blush.
Wait. James Anderson is blushing. HA! That's a new one.
As soon as his blush came it went away with a smirk on his face.
"Well, Mary Jane, I am here to discuss a video on the internet," he said with a sly tone.
"Well, Jamie," I knew he didn't like it when I called him that "I am pretty sure I don't know what you're talking about." I knew he was breaking me and he knew it too, by the look that devil gave me I knew I was done for.
"Really?!" He asked me innocently. But I knew it was an act for my dad.
"Because, I have it right here to refresh your memory."
Oh shit, I forgot about that .
Why does this keep on happening to me?
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Mary Jane Lovebree should be just an ordinary girl. But, life did not want to hand her lemons to make lemonade. Instead it gave her coals to spark the flame that got her to where she was. She had a different persona at night than she did during the day. She was a good student during the day and a street fighter at night. But, she didn't fight for fun, she fought for the money. She had to take care of her brother, Sammy, because her drunk dad was no help at all. But what happens when a certain golden boy sees her at one of her fights? Will he keep her secret? Or will she pay the consequences of a street fighter?

I was pinned to my bed. He left me no option but to stay in place. I tried to control my reactions, but couldn't help but sigh as Matt nipped my earlobe. His lips travelled down my neck, sending jolts of electricity all over my skin. His hands slipped under my t-shirt up and he swirled patterns all over my stomach. My mind was going numb and I was losing control. "Bailey!" My mother called from below and Matt placed his lips over mine so that I couldn't call out for help. I tried to push him away, but he simply held my hands in his. We heard my mother climb the stairs to reach my room and Matt smirked at me. "Let's see you talk your way out of this." Matt said and ran out of the window. The door opened and my mother gasped. "Bailey!" ************************************************************* Meet Bailey Stanford. The girl who everyone knows, but not everyone is friends with. The one who is invited to her share of parties, but prefers movie nights with her friends. The girl who is nice to everyone but will kill if someone insults the people she loves. Headstrong and opinionated, Bailey is not one to follow the crowd. Meet Matt Anderson. The boy who is so popular, that he allocates people to attend parties for him. The type of guy who will crash any party as long booze is available. The boy who has two girlfriends in a day. His attention span is next to nothing. Witness the drama created when these two crash into each other at a party late one night. It's going to be a roller coaster ride for sure.

She wanted to test a theory. He wanted to win a bet. What could possibly go wrong? ------------------------------------------------- Why was this shit so much easier in the books?! The Macy Anderson in me would spit out the alternatives to every curse word known to man. The Ruby Buchannan in me would knee him in the groin. The Mia Hastings in me would lunge at him first, taking him on that table right there and now. The Haley Geller in me would confuse the fuck out of him by asking way too many questions. Hell! Even the Tessa Young in me would do something, like beg him to come at me with her desperate but wild ass... But the Lola Dino in me -aka the me, me- just stands there frozen, contemplating a very important decision in her head: fuck, fuck, fuck! Who do I act as next?! Um, how about yourself for a change? My conscience decides NOW to be a smartass. Yeah, right? Like that's ever worked before. Not even having the slightest clue of what to do, I wait for him to make the first move instead, and then I'll just go from there. So, I wait. And I wait. And I wait. And I wait. I wait as we remain staring at one another -I like a deer in headlights and he like a predator stalking his prey- for what seems like forever. But when his ripped, muscular frame finally charges at me, his strong tattooed hand instantly meeting the back of my head, he crashes my lips onto his so forcefully that I'm now just left with one thought and one thought only: Lola Dino, what the hell did you just get yourself into? ------------------------------------------------- *WARNING: Contains mature content including language, sex, violence, and drugs. Nothing left my mouth as I stared at him in shock. He truly believed that I was part of this. The man, who I had lived with and served for months. The man who I had protected with my life and soul. I stood still while, as he backed away from me quickly. "I trusted you with my life." His cry pierced around the empty room. He looked so destroyed and hurt, but mostly his face portrayed rage and determation. "And I protected you with mine." I spoke back loudly. I didn't hear myself say it but I knew I did. I look into his eyes even from our distance they seemed to wallow me in darkness. "I gave you mine." My voice was quiet and cracked. His face changed only for a second before his old one took over again. He doesn't believe me. It doesn't matter what I say or do he won't listen. He will still believe I am the bad guy. Just as Kane said, we will never be equals, we will never be fellow humans. We will always be monsters to them. "Yakov, I am not the bad guy." I plead one last time. His Russian accent comes out harsh with his next words. "Your right," he pauses, "you are the villain." I stumble back as if I had just been stabbed in the chest. It was a horrible feeling. It was never good with the emotions and yet I recognize the feeling as heart beak. I barely breathe in air as I regain my posture. A battle cry from somewhere distracts me momentarily. I suddenly remember Ewan. I glare at Yakov one more time before I take off after the cries of battle. Jade believes she started the war among the human and her kind. Nothing is as it was portrayed. The lies and the truth are hidden among each other. There is is no clear good and evil. How can there be if one does not know what is right and what is wrong. She was prepared to see death, prepared to inflict death upon others without mercy or remose. She was prepared to do her job which the Facility had given her. Genevieve Anderson, the girl that had been left behind and forgotten. In a town where everybody knows everybody, meaning that no one goes unnoticed. Nobody just grabs a bag and leaves in the middle of the night, without someone seeing something. Nobody changes identity over night, and is suddenly left with the care of their father in her hands. Forgotten over night, Genevieve changes the person that everyone thought they knew. Gone was the girl that would smile and wave to everyone, was replaced by a girl that had a need for stealing and getting by every day. She had been left with the responsibility of an old ranch that was no longer in operation and the care of her father, who had been to war, and was suffering from additions like there was no tomorrow. Gone was the girl that depended on her big brothers to open the gate, replaced with a girl that worked long hours at the ranch, before she was sneaking out after midnight, to drive whatever cars her brothers had left behind. Except, one day, something happens and everything takes a turn for the worse. "I left you here, for 20 minuets, and you have already let him relapse?! I trusted you, for a second, and you backstabbed me?! I can't believe any of you anymore, because you are made of lies!" Holding on by a string, Genevieve isn't sure how much more she can take, especially when people appear from the past she thought she left behind, when she was 5 years old. Time moves on for a reason, doesn't it? "I told you to forget about it. It's in the past, and nobody has ever asked me to do what you are asking me to do. You are asking me to put away my boots and hat, and stand in front of people in heels and a puffy dress. That's not who I am, if you had stuck around to find out who I really am.
