Katie, an average teen girl, who moved from Seattle. Wanted to start new live in Rosewood, Pennsylvania with her mom. Little did she know, Rosewood is not a save place and it is not friendly. Not after what the girls went through. She later on met Caleb Rivers (who at the time is having some complications in his relationship with Hanna Marin). Things happened between them two, which cause Hanna to be jealous and feel mistreated. "A" later on continues to harass the girls, and then starts harassing Katie. What happens between Canna? Who is the new A? How is Katie going to deal with all of these dramas? Who is A actually going after? Is life going to be okay like it used to be?
