Jednym z najczęściej stosowanych chemikaliów został płyn o nazwie M16, który wstrzykuje się noworodkom, by te widziały rzeczywistość lepszą niż ona jest. Owa substancja działa przez całe życie. Psychemia niesie ze sobą dobre i złe rzeczy. Nieliczni próbują się przed nią uchronić. Inni chcą ją wykorzystać dla własnych celów.
