Eve and Adam, the supposed first humans to ever roam the earth. But who created the shadow, the evil, the force that drove Eve to go rogue? Who would betray their own creater and love for a simple temptation.
Eve and Adam, the first created 'humans', with them, without the maker even knowing, was a Solar and a Luna. The first of the race, and destined to be enemies. The maker didn't know they existed untill it was too late. So who controlled their fate?
Nobody.. they became the best of friends, even creating a special bond, developing it untill they became a bit too close for comfort. The more you know someone, the easier it is to know something is wrong. Did you know that? One felt neglected, she didn't understand the ways of light, and how you show love.
The other, feeling frustrated about seeing Adam and his precious Eve being tampered and cared for while the Eclipse fended for themselves, presented herself to the maker.
She shouldn't have done that, the maker didn't own them, didn't care about them, she was neglected, abandoned, and couldn't understand why. She was the light? She created the sun, the very force that inspires you to be good? Why was SHE being forgotten?
Well.. if one could create good, whose to say they can't go evil? She needed the full Eclipse, the pair, the power, the rule over others. The night slept peacefully. The sun stole her soul magic, the very personality of your being, one can heal, yes, by one will never be same again.
With this new power, the night, she created the temptation GREED, the impulse that makes you want power over others. The reason you want control, is for her. When you greed, you are simply carrying out her wishes, it's HER emotion. You just borrow it. Eve borrowed it, with the promise to be favoured over Adam, to be the favourite.
Greed is her wish, Eve was remembered over Adam. Day was remembered over night.
The Eclipse broke. Who is nights next Sun?
"I'm curious, you can read my mind but I can't read yours. What are you thinking?" I question him curiously, seeing his lips tighten into a straight line.
His hand rested on the mirror, seeing his finger rest on my face. He bites his lip only to soon move it off. When he turns now I see him look at me and I wait.
"I'm thinking...how handsome you are, that's what I am thinking." He murmurs to me and I raise my eyebrow. "I am thinking that, I promise!"
"I believe you." I chuckle, and he looks away shyly. "You're handsome in a fairy-like way...if that makes sense."
Azriel looks back at me, seeing him blush again.
