Stacy Soltan is a 9-year-old girl who lives in a small town. Her family lives in a relevently small house- her being an only child- and has a mother and a father. Stacy doesn't know what to think of her parents, or people in general. Whenever she describes a person, she seems to mention a small doll-like creature following near the person's head. Each person has a different doll- big, small, white, brown, red buttons for eyes, it all depends on the person. She thinks this is normal for everyone to have and that's why she thinks she's different. She doesn't have a doll following- or at least one that she can see. cover by @confessionals

Emma looks at the people as she thinks deeply. How is it possible that no one in this room sees that she had to do this. That it was not a choice but an obligation. But who would help her it wasn't like anyone in this room would stand up for her. Because no one here would really understand her. She slowly looked them in the eyes one by one. Some people were still doing their best not to let their disgust show in their faces. Others gossiped shamelessly about her. But Emma didn't seem to care. Deep down, she knew she was better than all of them.
