Niall Horan has schizophrenia, and it makes it hard for him to tell the difference between what is real, and what is a figment of his imagination. When he was 13, he was sent to Maudsley's Hospital in South London, and he's been there for three years. 

One day, a boy comes to visit his younger brother in the hospital. Niall isn't sure if the boy is real, but he hopes to God that he is.
