so for those of you who read this story, i'm really sorry because i'm changing it up. i don't like the summary of this or how it all played out. i'm going to do better though.
Normani Kordei Hamilton is a nerd who usually has a small tight knit group. she has two best friends which are her only friends. she doesn't talk to people that is until her attention is on Dinah Jane Hansen, who unbeknownst to Normani is a basketball player. Normani doesn't realize that until her first basketball game where she sees Dinah running up and down the court. things heat up between them but will Dinah pick Normani or will Normani find out that she's already taken?

Lauren was the average teenager. Glad to be out of high school for the summer before she would have to start college with a not so average terminal cancer that would soon be likely to take her life.
