Harry Potter's little sister Crybaby

What if Harry Potter had a little sister who was a year or two younger than him?? The sister has crybaby's story. (I love melanie martinez's cry baby album and the story line that goes with it so.) I will be adding some things to the crybaby story so the it lines up a bit more.
