Lights Solacerest isn't low in the pack but he isn't the Alpha either... Yet.
Completely loyal and faithful to his pack leader Jason Pestal, he'll go to all ends of the earth to answer Jason's demands and orders; Even if it means to shed some serious blood and possibly kill. Lights has always known how to be the perfect hunter and has yet to let Jason down. Disappointing him would be completely catastrophic, taking his loyalty to the extreme.
When a massive wolf hunt led by the humans takes place and Jason's pack is left with only five members compared to their previous thirteen, he commands Lights to change back to human form to scout some humans at a local high school and shift them before summer approaches.
But the shift isn't always safe. It could possibly severely paralyze the victim or even worse: kill them entirely. But the chance of death has never stopped Lights, right?
Or does Rose Lockheart, the artsy and spunky girl, have the ability to change his mind and possibly even question his existence in the pack? Because Lights isn't the only soul that has a dirty little secret anymore.
This just might be the biggest and baddest game of Follow the Leader.
