It was all a mistake. An 'error in action, calculation, opinion, or judgment caused by poor reasoning, carelessness, insufficient knowledge', as it says in the dictionary. How could we have known things would have gone this far? My name is Cassandra Mina Scott. My father left when I was very young. Mom always said that he couldn't handle being a father and a husband, so he did the only thing he thought possible. I remember one night, when I was only four, he stomped down the hall like he always did when he and mom were fighting. He continued on out into the living room, and shut the front door as he exited. Little did I know he was leaving for good this time, and that he left me without telling me what I was destined to become. But things are different now. I guess I should start from the beginning, and go back to where it all started. ---------------------------------------- This story is a work of FICTION.
