In the year 1889, after Ciel became a demon, he ordered Sebastian to go serve a noble family until he hears his name called once again by Ciel. Sebastian in fact did what his master ordered him to do, he found a lot of rich families in London. So he jumped from family to family, generation to generation, he was the butler with many masters and many different names.
Flash forward to the year 2016, Sebastian was still following the order of his true bound master Ciel, even though 117 years had passed by. He was still waiting for his name to be called by his master.
One cool spring afternoon, he is with his 'master' grocery shopping, and as he is walking outside the building, and he sees a short, punk rock teenager with a cigarette in his mouth standing 10 feet away from him.
